Draft ABA Position Statement
This position paper was intended to bring together the ABA to support a position on the enforceability of open-source licenses. This paper argues that courts will view and interpret open-source licenses as contracts using known paradigms such as covenant and condition to determine enforceability as contracts or the applicability of copyright law.
Editorial on 2007 Brewpub Law
Mr. Glazer was asked to write an editorial in favor of the 2007 Brewpub law for the Capital Region Business Journal. This article argues that not only will the bill hurt brewpubs but it will impact Wisconsin Breweries' ability to compete nationally.
